Needless to say, It’s not easy.   I did find some $7 turquoise Gargoyles thus far, and we have everything we need, but of course there are some items and renovations we have to do…. It is a good feeling though that this will be our home for a long, long time.    I want to fill our home with things from family and friends, flea markets and well… Jonathan Adler.    The fact that we have room for a 7ft dining room table is enough to make me cry.

Until we close… the ideas will keep flowing.

I have been pondering the anatomy of a guest room, while we plan for the first one I have ever had since moving out of my childhood home.  15 years later…. Yes, in big cities, we are not usually afforded the luxury of a comfy place for Mom to Sleep… behold- we now have a place for you to call “home” while you visit!  We just got the “One night Stand” for 50% off at Blu Dot… they have one more in Rust and a few more in Grey.  Get it while it’s hot.  No springs, no fuss….
